One Small Step to Freedom

We want to protect all innocent Tamils from our enemies in Sri Lanka. Any Tamil who acts against any Tamil or any Tamil orgnisation for this matter is treated as an innocent party until he or she is informed about the laws of Canada. This is the same law applicable in most western nations. So people in other countries can take this simple suggestion. If you intend cooperating with any forreign agents or governments please consult a criminal lawyer before doing so. Not on only the resident government but any other citizen can institute an action against you in a court of law and I will tell you these courts are very very expensive and are not covered by legal aid. besides LIFE IMPRISONMENT, you will lose also your home, savings and all other assets So when it comes to Sri Lankan government affairs stay out of it. Gothabaya and Kapila are trying to divide the community which are citizens of another country. It is you who will be prosecuted not GR KP.
All electronic transmissions including telephone calls can now be monitored without anyones knowledge. But only draw back is that it cannot be used as an evidence in court of law. In todays advance information age there is nothing private anymore. These are simple advice we want to give our hard working innocent Tamils who may sometimes for some strange and obscure reason help the enemy. Sri Lankan Governement and Singhalese are considered as enemies of Tamils. It is not the penalty that ruins your life it is the court procedure and the expenses. Criminal Lawyers are very very expensive. so our advice is stay out of colloborating with the enemy.

Anyways we thought it will be good idea to give the law as it is written in Canada. It is coverd under PUBLIC ORDER. That is an indication of the mind, force and nature of the law. The intent of the law is to maintain public order

Treason (Subversion) and other offences against the Queen's Authority and Person

46. (2) Treason- Every one who commits treason who, in Canada

(a) use force or violence for the prupose of overthrowing the government or Canada or a province;
(b) without lawful authority, communicates or makes available to an agent of state other than Canada, military or scientific information or any sketch, plan, model,article or document of a military or scientific character that he knows or ought to know may be used by the state for a purpose prejudicial to the safety or defense of Canada.
(c) Conspires with any person to commit high treason or to do anything mentioned in paragraph (a);
(d) form an intention to do anything that is high treason or that is mentioned in paragraph (a) and manifest that intention by an overt act; or
(e) conspires with any person to do anything mentioned in paragraph (b) or forms an intention to do anything mentioned in paragraph (b) amd manifests that intention by an overt act.

I hope the law is clear, it is not an act of fear mongering, it is the law every one in Canada has to abide by. More of this law is covered under criminal codes 83, 462, 465 etc.

To Gothabaya and his intelligence service the modus operandi is use some one and then throw them away. That is the nature of narccisitic people. Do the Tamils want to fall for this. I do not think any tamil will risk his good life in Canadas to help an unreasonable enemy.

Tamils never had freedom so they must taste the feeling of freedom.
